Where to find your orders

Your receipt email
Every purchase and every renewal sends a receipt to the email you used at checkout. It lists the items, the price and the transaction id.

The Tebex customer portal
Open the portal, enter your email and follow the link Tebex sends you. There you can see every payment, download receipts, and cancel or manage your subscription.

Something missing?
Open a ticket on our Discord with your transaction id and the account names you entered, and we will sort out delivery.
